Network Engineer

Job Description:

1. Acting as Network Engineer to perform corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure
2. Perform identification analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues and get the restoration / resolution and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
3. Generate technical documents such as Method of Procedure (MoP), corrective and preventive maintenance report documents
4. Present the corrective and preventive maintenance report to customer

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree qualification in Telecommunication or IT
2. Willing to work shift for support 24X7 as engineer onsite at customer site
3. 2-5 years of experience in ICT networking
4. Strong concept and hands on skill in Routing & Switch, wired & wireless, & Data Centre.
5. Must hold valid Certification from Cisco or Juniper minimum CCNA or JNCIA.
6. Having intermediate knowledge of IP Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
7. Willing to work in team player or individual.
